ORDERING PROCEDURES
Pistol Dynamics is in the business of building custom firearms that are specifically configured and designed for the customer's needs. Below is our procedure for initiating your project. Please take the time to fully understand the procedure for ordering our products or services. Ordering Procedures: 1. Customer will talk to a knowledgeable professional at Pistol Dynamics who will discuss the many custom options that will fit the specific needs. Each feature and function will be explained in order to spec out the correct product for the desired application. 2. Once the gun is designed with the desired features, Pistol Dynamics will send via U.S. mail or e-mail, a proposal for the agreed upon gun. This proposal will include an estimate of when gun will fit into the production schedule and estimated price. All proposals and pricing is valid for 30 days. If the order is not entered in that time and the customer wishes to order at a later date, the proposal will be re-issued with any price and specification changes included 3. The customer will be required to sign the proposal and return it along with an initial payment of 40% of the total project. This is not a deposit but a charge to cover initial expenses and components for the project. 4. On receipt of payment Pistol Dynamics will confirm receipt of payment and provide confirmation of the estimated production date. 5. Once the pistol is in the white with all testing completed, notification is sent to customer indicating that final payment is due. Full payment must be received BEFORE all markings, engraving and finishes are applied. This is the final opportunity to make additions or changes to the work order. Pricing could be affected. Full payment for gun in the white AND any additional work is due at this time. Customer will then be advised of the estimated delivery date. Shipping, handling and insurance will be added to the final bill. 6. When the job is completed the gun will be shipped to a dealer of the customer's choosing (for new firearm) or the legal owner it was received from (customers firearm). |
