The Evolution, and all our scratch built custom guns, start life as raw components. All major cuts such as slide and frame rail fits, extractor slots and sight dovetails are cut in our shop. Beavertails, sights and mainspring housings are machined from raw material and hand fitted to each frame. PD barrels are machined from Bar-Sto blanks and individually fitted to each pistol.
